Founder of Goodsted
Selin Yigitbasi-Ducker is an award-winning social entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Goodsted, a stakeholder impact platform on a mission to mobilise people and resources to build stronger communities.
Goodsted offers a configurable app for organisations to engage stakeholders, manage social impact activities, and capture evidence in one place. While sector-agnostic, Goodsted currently focuses on the UK built environment - specifically housing associations, local authorities, and businesses supplying the public sector. Designed to support both internal (staff) and external stakeholders (suppliers, residents, nonprofit partners), the platform reduces admin, directs resources where they’re needed most, and enhances delivery of social value.
Selin received a Special Recognition Award from the Global Women Inventors and Innovators Network in 2025, was named among the Women of the Future “50 Rising Stars in ESG” in the Financial Times in 2022, and previously won the CampdenFB Top Next Generation Entrepreneur Award (2019) and the FBN NxG Lombard Odier Award (2018).
