JP Dallmann is a strategic advisor and leadership thinker with over two decades of experience across international banking, entrepreneurship, and advisory work. His career has focused on supporting leaders and institutions operating in complex, high-stakes environments, with particular attention to decision-making, performance, and long-term value creation at the intersection of finance, leadership, and emerging technology.

He is Founder of ILA & Partners, a strategic advisory practice working with executives and organisations navigating transformation, capital decisions, and systemic complexity. JP previously co-founded realchangers (now exited), a platform connecting mission-driven talent with impact-focused organisations, and founded Impact Founders, now part of Fast Forward 2030.

More recently, JP has been designing and testing leadership initiatives focused on judgement and the responsible use of AI in executive and institutional contexts.
