Lennox Omondi is an award-winning entrepreneur and a passionate advocate for sustainable development and social impact. As the Founder and CEO of EcoBana Ltd, his mission is to end period poverty across Africa by manufacturing biodegradable sanitary towels using banana fibres.

He became aware of the challenges facing vulnerable African communities during his Mass Communications studies, leading him to establish EcoBana. He has received global recognition for his initiative, including the 2022 Hult Prize Global Award, national recognition from the 5th President of Kenya, H.E Dr. William Samoei Ruto, and Africa's Top 30 Under 30 Young CEOs in 2022.

He is passionate about mentoring and inspiring young people who can benefit from his expertise in impact entrepreneurship, complementary collaborations, and navigating uncertainty to grow their companies while making a positive impact. With a mixed cultural background and a global perspective, he is able to foster cultural sensitivity and embrace the balance of nature and nurture. He is open to discussions and collaborations with like-minded individuals who share the vision of aligning profit and purpose to sustainably address the world's most pressing social and environmental challenges.
