Founder of Team Repair

Anaïs is co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Team Repair, an award-winning startup tackling electronic waste through repair education. To date, Team Repair has engaged over 17,000 young people across schools, communities, and households, empowering them to understand and fix real electronic products.

Through her work at Team Repair, Anaïs also campaigns for Right to Repair legislation, engaging with government and industry through parliamentary events, roundtables and public forums. 

Team Repair has also been recognised by multiple awards from Innovate UK, the Mayor of London, AXA, Santander X Global, and has been featured on the BBC, World Economic Forum, and The Times.

Anaïs was awarded the Gold Innovative Capacity Building Award by the Global Women Inventors & Innovators Network, and her research on the circular economy has been published at the International Conference on Engineering Design.
