Abbas Sibai is a governance and public-policy advisor with over 15 years of experience working on democratic governance, social justice, and sustainable development in fragile and crisis-affected contexts, particularly in Lebanon and the wider MENA region.

He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Change Pulses, a Lebanon-based research and advisory firm providing evidence-informed policy analysis, stakeholder mapping, and decision support to donors, UN agencies, INGOs, and civil society organizations. His work focuses on translating complex political-economy dynamics into actionable insights that support reform, accountability, and inclusive development.

Abbas has led initiatives across governance reform, youth civic engagement, environmental sustainability, and social cohesion, collaborating with public institutions, municipalities, international organizations, and grassroots actors. He has facilitated over 300 workshops and policy dialogues across Lebanon.

Previously, he contributed to national tobacco-control advocacy at the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health and served in senior leadership roles at Live Love Lebanon for more than a decade.

He currently serves as Lebanon Chairperson and Global Board Member of Fast Forward 2030, Co-Chair of the Catalyst Now Lebanon Chapter, and an officer of the Rotary Club of Metn Praxis.
