Olivia (Liv) Sibony is the co-founder of Grub Club. She set this up in January 2013 with her business partner Siddarth (Sid) Vijayakumar.
Grub Club is the collaborative platform that connects food lovers with amazing dining experiences in spaces you never knew existed. We connect talented chefs with underused spaces allowing them to showcase their skills while bringing a new lease of life to our high streets, while at the same time reaching a wider audience, building an engaged following.
Liv’s background is primarily Human Resources – in the Public and Third Sector, as well as the Private Sector at Goldman Sachs – but she’s also worked a number of years in the catering industry, in kitchens serving anywhere between 10 and 200 covers. With food and people as her true passion, setting up Grub Club felt like the perfect way to turn the restaurant industry on its head.
