Niki Kopcke

Nikandre Kopcke is the founder and CEO of Mazí Mas (, a London-based restaurant and catering business that provides employment and training to women from migrant and refugee communities. Born in Berlin and raised in New York City, she studied sociology at the University of Edinburgh and Sciences Po Paris before moving to London to complete a Masters at LSE's Gender Institute.
